The Challenge of SRG Marketing: Deciding to Hire Nearshore Talent

SRG Marketing is a bootstrapped agency, and although they do not have funding, finding talented candidates who could help them maintain the quality of work that they had been doing previously was very important to Scott.

They needed to scale in a way that was profitable to their business. Scott stated that US employees were great, but very expensive. So he looked to go outside of the US to find high quality talent who he could hire in a more cost-efficient way.
