Sloane Staffing Named On 2022 Inc. 5000 List

We are proud to share a significant milestone in the growth of our company; we made the 2022 Inc. 5000 List of Fastest Growing Companies. 

For me, this recognition tells me that our business and the services that we offer are solving a real challenge for other growing companies. 

In 2017, I started Sloane Staffing after years of working in SaaS sales. It did not matter what tech company I worked for or what tech I was selling; I kept hearing the same stories over and over from my customers: we cannot find the right talent, we do not know what to look for. 

From a problem comes a solution. 

I had worked at some of the most innovative tech companies in the industry, and in those companies, I paid attention to the talent and the results they brought. I saw the talent was there; hiring managers just didn’t know how to attract them, evaluate them, and ultimately staff the right team to meet their goals. 

Sloane Staffing is the solution. 

Lindsay and I are proud of the team we have built here at Sloane Staffing and our growth over the years. 

We believe that so much of a company's growth depends on the team they build, and we are happy to see, through this recognition, that this sentiment is shared with the market.
