The Opportunity:
Our client is looking for a Director, Account Based Marketing (ABM) to join our Demand Generation team. The Director of Account Based Marketing is responsible for organizing and managing all ABM programs to generate pipeline and accelerate opportunities for enterprise accounts globally. The ideal candidate knows how to put together effective marketing campaigns that leverage ABM tools and motions to reach target accounts with the right message at the right time to generate engagement and pipeline. And they know how to nurture a culture of collaboration between Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Solution Engineering and Business Development to pursue key opportunities holistically.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Solution Engineering and Business Development stakeholders in the organization to create an effective, scalable, aligned ABM program
Align those organization to create, execute, and measure effective account strategies
Leverage tools such as 6sense and Zoominfo to gain intent data and market intelligence to prioritize target accounts effectively
Work closely with the broad Marketing team to create innovative marketing campaigns that engage accounts via a variety of marketing channels (paid media, email, events, gifting, marketing automation, etc.) to capture target account attention and engagement
Partner with the Sales and Business Development organizations to use intent and market data to prioritize account outreach and ensure both teams are equipped with the right personas and messaging to effectively secure opportunities at target accounts
Work with the Marketing and Sales Operations teams to create and measure ABM’s impact on pipeline and revenue generation
Partner with the Product Marketing and Sales Enablement teams to create ABM personas, messaging and training programs to support the ABM initiatives

Candidate Expertise required:
7+ years in B2B marketing, preferably in enterprise software or SaaS
3+ years working with ABM programs
Proficiency across major marketing technologies such as Salesforce, Hubspot, 6sense, Sendoso, Zoominfo and SalesLoft (or equivalent competitive technologies)
Proven experience successfully creating quota-exceeding pipeline and bookings with enterprise sales teams
Strong understanding of enterprise B2B SaaS sales cycle and how to use marketing programs and outbound Sales/BDR programs to drive opportunity growth
Highly analytical and organized, with strong reporting capabilities and the ability to provide insight into ABM performance across the organization
Superior collaboration skills with proven experience bringing cross-functional teams together towards a common goal
