Our client is looking for a Senior Business Consultant that thrives at using technology to make an impact in a client environment. They are looking for someone that can leverage their expertise in utilizing a consultative approach to probe for insights and influence the solution. You can assimilate to the environment by modifying your approach for the clients landscape and politics. You will never give up and work relentlessly to solve the clients business needs in collaboration with the Senior Technical Consultant. What you will do:

Understand the client's business needs/wants on a quarterly and adhoc basis with the ability to translate into tactical deliverables by using S.M.A.R.T goals

Lead business discussions with clients to gather requirements, challenges, assess client background and environment

Lead and design business solutions to meet client requirements by utilizing Marketing Automation and CRM platforms in collaborations with Technical Consultants

Evaluate solution effectiveness and impact on business outcomes by analyzing performance data and lead presentation of recommendations for ongoing improvements to clients

What you will need:

The ability to form strong client relationships

Excel at asking the right questions with a creative approach to dig into client challenges

You can assimilate to the environment you’re working in - and therefore understand the world the clients live in and ultimately solve their challenges.

Expertise with developing and presenting new ideas and conceptualizing new approaches and solutions

Expertise with identifying and evaluating custom solutions to meet complex business requirements

Strong Experience as a business analyst in Marketing Automation with relevant experience implementing and delivering across the full development lifecycle

Excellent Consulting or Marketing Operations experience with the ability to effectively communicate to High-Profile clients and large client teams (face to face, over the phone, by email)

Lead implementation of business solutions to client problems utilizing Marketing Automation and CRM

Experience in a B2B environment is a must
