VP of Marketing (DL)

Our client is revolutionizing the real estate industry and looking to bring on a Vice President of Marketing to lead their growing marketing team!

  • 10+ years marketing experience, 3+ years' experience in positions of marketing leadership with proven track record

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, Master's Degree bonus

  • Executive presence with an ability to influence and drive requirements across a diverse set of stakeholders

  • Critical thinker with excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Traditional marketing experience is a plus (TV, radio, mail, etc.)

  • Experience managing large-scale marketing budgets in multiple markets

Responsibilities:

  • You'll and lead the Marketing function which is responsible for end-to-end strategy and execution of all touch points

  • Leading a team of 8 marketers and vendor management

  • You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams as well as other partners and customers

  • Building, scaling and operationalizing the Marketing team - providing radical clarity for our roadmap, assigning goals and measuring KPIs

  • Managing all owned Digital channels including website, blogs, email, and social handles

  • Developing campaigns in line with overarching marketing goals and objectives aimed at creating and maintaining high levels of customer engagement

  • Overseeing the development of the content strategy with SEO as a key consideration

  • Overseeing Digital Marketing, including annual and seasonal planning, consumer insights, sponsorships, influencers, strategic partnerships, brand content for owned channels (social, web, email)

  • Developing and managing digital marketing campaigns, including messaging strategy and creative development

  • Leading a thriving team of Digital marketers through the work by providing structure/clarity to role definitions and career growth

  • Focusing on what is compelling, right, and memorable for the customer
