Media Director (BL)

As our next Media Director, you will:
Build our TV marketing program from 0 to large nation-wide program with large annual budgets
Build an internal team from the ground up, working hands-on as we get established and hiring team members to take over work as we grow
Build the nation's best TV program for Mass Tort marketing
Working with company leadership, establish strategic objectives spanning from initial construction to long-term goals for the program
Responsible for achieving TV goals, including both scale and efficiency
Negotiate, place and service radio, cable television and out-of-home campaigns.
Maintain a pulse on your markets and media trends to inform and advance ongoing campaign strategies.
Service campaigns throughout the entire lifecycle, including placement, in-campaign maintenance, and billing reconciliation.
Compile and analyze relevant metrics on an ongoing basis to optimize schedules, analyze media alternatives and make robust recommendations.
Establish and maintain close client relationships with sales reps in your designated markets.
Execute additional media types as needed, including but not limited to broadcast television.
Work in tight coordination with our in-house intake team throughout the testing and scaling of campaigns to achieve target return on media spend targets
REQUIREMENTS:
Has 7+ years of direct response marketing in National or Local TV, with solid knowledge of Radio, Digital and OOH media
Has a track record of consistently achieving direct response cost of acquisition targets
Has to experience in optimizing all parts of a conversion funnel, from ad creative, ad placement, call center scripting
Deep analytical background and obsessed with metrics and testing to achieve cost of acquisition targets
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Detail-oriented
Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Critical thinking
Demonstrated expertise in Strata media [or other] buying software and other industry tools
Understanding of Mass Tort
