As a Product Marketing Manager for our client, you will be responsible for positioning, messaging and branding of SaaS products. You craft the story to unlock the potential of our products and help our customers deliver better care to their patients through our solutions. As a Product Marketing Manager, you understand our customers, our community and the challenges they face. You are a product, customer and market expert. You partner closely with our demand generation team of Vertical Marketing Managers to support the development of campaigns that cause people to take action. You also work closely with the sales team to provide market and competition insights to win more deals.
The Role:
Research and define our user personas, their specific needs, pain points, and goals that we can help address
Research, document, and operationalize particular customer use cases and problems that our client solves
Identify and define the key value drivers which differentiate the client in the market
Partner with sales, product management, customer success, and engineering teams to refine and evolve our product roadmap

Develop product marketing collateral such as website pages, blog posts, white papers, webinars, videos, slide decks, and data sheets supporting the buyer's journey communicating the value of our client
Participate and contribute to field and industry events as a evangelist and thought leader
Develop and deliver product, market, and industry-specific enablement to the sales team
Partner with vertical marketing team to create campaign messaging and content as required to support ongoing marketing initiatives
Participate and support win/loss analysis to understand why we win, where we win, who to target, and what to avoid
Leads the competitive analysis program and supporting software platform
Support research into competitive threats and challenges to understand how to position their product in a rapidly changing market
Research and track overarching market trends and patterns
Skills & Requirements:
5-10 years of experience in a B2B product marketing role
Experience with SaaS offerings in the B2B SMB and/or enterprise markets
Outstanding English communication skills to explain and translate complex technical concepts into simple and intuitive communications
Experience designing sales collateral from scratch based on sales conversations, sales calls, product interviews, user interviews, market research, and your own experience
Product marketing certification from Pragmatic Institute or Product Marketing Alliance is desired
Healthcare experience preferred; a working knowledge of Gastroenterology, Orthopedics, Dermatology & Plastic Surgery, or Ophthalmology fields is desired
Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferred
