Cockroach Labs’ Challenge: Finding ABM Talent Proficient in 6sense

Six months into their 6sense investment and Senior Account Based Marketing Manager search, Cockroach Labs struggled to find the right candidate that could not only implement 6sense but could heavily collaborate with Sales. 

The company had undergone significant growth, receiving investment funding, and had recently refined its Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), necessitating a focused approach to ABM.

One of the biggest challenges companies of Cockroach Labs’ size typically struggle with is finding talent who can not only roll up their sleeves and tactically execute on campaigns and initiatives, but also can “think big” by working cross-functionally and really build account based marketing strategy.
