Business Development Manager (EN)

Our client is looking for an experienced BDR Manager to lead a BDR team of around 10 in Toronto to help us achieve our pipeline goals. The successful candidate will build on our success to date, accelerating the company’s adoption within the market in North America and creating the important building blocks for future growth. This is a hybrid position for candidates based in Toronto, Ontario.

Key responsibilities will include:

Track and be accountable for overall team productivity

Help recruit, onboard, and build a team of top-performing sales development reps

Coach, support, and train your team in sales methodologies to improve qualification processes

Work with your team & enablement to identify new opportunities and develop targeted sales pitches

Inspire, lead and create a positive and high-performance culture and sales environment

Own your team's metrics & performance, ensuring accurate data is recorded on Salesforce and report upwards as appropriate

The ideal candidate:

1+ year experience managing a BDR team in a SaaS company

1+ years experience as a BDR or working within the BDR function at a high-growth company.

Organized, self-motivated leader with proven ability to manage teams

Adaptability – ability to keep up with the rapid pace of change during hyper growth
