Marketing Manager (MP)

Our client, the leading company in the MPHQ portfolio, is the largest privately-held services and solutions company in a 2+ billion-dollar market segment. They are rapidly expanding both their services and software offerings and looking for a passionate marketer to join their in-house agency specializing in the execution of marketing campaigns for B2B healthcare service companies.
What You'll Do:
Build, develop and lead a team of in-house and agency resources.
Identify, create, and distribute concepts and content that are used by us and the partner organization in telling the shared story of our service offerings
Evangelize success with clients/partner products by creating case studies, sales support materials, and more
Plan high-quality marketing events such as webinars, conferences, in-market events
Collaborate with the Director of Marketing and other members of our leadership team to develop content and perform outreach to drive engagement of target audience
Ensure all campaign elements invoke brand standards, are innovative, cutting edge, and are of the highest quality
Attend in-market industry functions, such as association events, conferences, and trade shows, and provide feedback on market/product trends
Assist the Marketing team in all administrative tasks and strategizing and creating both print and digital campaigns.
Grow opt-in email list through prospecting, webinars, content, and events
Become a master of our in-house marketing automation platform
What You'll Need:
While we will always invest in our team to help grow your skillset as a marketer, the following is some additional, nice-to-have experience.
4+ years previous marketing-related experience - B2B and diverse skillsets welcome (including those from digital marketing agencies)
Experience recruiting or hiring and leading teams of marketing assistants, coordinators and/or specialists.
Basic knowledge of SEO/SEM, marketing database growth, and marketing-sales funnel
Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments and analysis
Buyer persona development experience
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to build relationships internally and with current and prospective channel partners
·Be driven and ambitious with a strong desire to succeed
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Excellent computer skills and ability to quickly adapt and leverage emerging tech
Knowledge of email marketing, web analytics preferred
Marketing, business, or communications degrees are preferred, but not required based on experience.
