Their mission is to create software to help law firms that help people. Currently, more than 12,000 law firms with 44 000+ users use our software successfully worldwide. Our client – A leading global software provider is currently looking for an experienced senior marketing professional to help us conquer the US legal market. They are looking for an experienced strategic thinker who has strong communication, interpersonal and managerial skills. This role requires deep knowledge of B2B marketing strategy with expertise in messaging & positioning and managing the demand generation process while showcasing marketing ROI. You will be an integral member of the Executive team working closely with the SVP of Sales. You will be further supported by the global marketing team based at our head office in Sydney. Your responsibilities will include creating and implementing exceptional strategic marketing plans to increase legal software sales and brand recognition for LEAP.

This role would suit a highly motivated individual, creative, efficient, with high attention to detail. The individual must be an all-rounder, a strategist with excellent writing skills, be able to work under pressure, enjoy growing a great team as well as having exceptional time management and a ‘get the job done’ mentality. Responsibilities and Duties (including but not limited to)

  • Proven track record of developing, executing and managing multi-channel marketing strategies.

  • Lead, hire, and empower a high performing marketing team inclusive of brand, design, communications, and
    PR. Drive vision and oversee efforts across these functions.

  • Closely collaborate with the SVP of Sales to determine market segmentation and product positioning in
    future expansion of the company.

  • Facilitate C-level discussions to establish short and long-term marketing roadmap as well as business
    strategic plan and translate those concepts into actionable, measurable targets.

  • Drive forward and optimize all marketing assets, internal and external communications, and execution that
    produces results, including: social media, company website, events, and press.

  • Work with our external agency to plan and execute a comprehensive digital marketing plan including PPC
    and SEO for lead generation.

  • Marketing Strategy: Contributing to company strategy, creating marketing plans and budgets to support our
    highest goals.

  • Lead generation and nurturing using Email Automation, Print, Webinars, Digital, Social Media, and
    website/SEO.

  • Develop and manage the Marketing department budget.

  • Enthusiastic about building from the ground up and working alongside team.

    Skills Required (essential)

  • Proven ability to execute successful marketing campaigns that result in demos booked.

  • 10+ years of experience in a leadership role managing teams with track record of demonstrable success.

  • Strong understanding of marketing automation, lead generation, Salesforce / CRMs, segmentation, influence
    and ROI

  • Budget management.

  • Effective communication skills: ability to work closely with leadership team and across functional areas;
    proactively shares information across teams.

  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.

  • Experience working across multiple Marketing channels.

  • Results-driven, metrics-oriented individual that demonstrates strategic thinking, innovation and flexibility.

  • Brand management experience.
