Our client is a fast-growing big data startup led by seasoned executives and repeat entrepreneurs who are building the world's first "Google Analytics for the physical world" platform. Their platform provides instant visibility into any property in the U.S., presenting accurate details about visitation patterns and demographic breakdowns of visitors. Our client’s customers can see where visitors have been before, where they go afterwards, where they typically go for sports, entertainment, groceries, etc., and what their interests are. Their A.I.-based SaaS platform replaces archaic solutions such as manual surveys, installed cameras and other people-counting systems, creating a blue ocean market of more than $100B.

About The Role
The primary purpose of this position is to own the creation, design, and digital development of training collateral for a variety of teams here. You will be responsible for handling anything related to the look, feel, design, and development of current onboarding and training materials. You will also be responsible for creating content for the internal teams focusing on the enablement web portal, video content, guides, playbooks, instructional presentations, battlecards, demo scripts, competitive intelligence materials, and more. You will establish and deliver creative direction for internal content, as well as brand guidelines.

Responsibilities

  • The Digital Instructional Designer works with business partners to identify training needs and build instructor-led, digital, and virtual training using modern technology and innovative solutions

  • The main responsibilities of this role revolve around designing and developing learning resources to empower salespeople to be the platform experts, and high-acumen consultants, able to deliver the best possible sales experience to the people they interact with in their conversations

  • You will build static and web content experiences intended to challenge learners’ understanding through meaningful activities, measurable learning objectives, and develop materials that promote transfer, retention, and application of sales and SaaS platform concepts

  • You’ll work under tight deadlines with minimal supervision in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where quality, creativity, and accountability are crucial

  • Be able to test, debug, or prepare other facilitators to deliver some of the material that has been developed

  • Capture feedback and constantly innovate and improve the resources to ensure a maximum efficiency, impact, and retention

  • This role requires a strong ability to coordinate complex projects related to the development of training material

  • Collaborate in design and development of sales training material for internal sales teams, channel partners sales staff, and other key team members

  • Sometimes manage external content developers to ensure that learning resources are developed to their sales training standards

  • Create sales training content for a number of different delivery mechanisms including:

  • Lessonly

  • Wordpress

  • Video, and audio formats

  • Prioritize and manage multiple projects within design specifications and budget restrictions

  • Perform retouching and manipulation of images. Recording, production, and editing of video content.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years digital and graphic design experience

  • Proficiency in HTML/CSS

  • Strong familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud products or similar technologies, specifically Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and Photoshop (or equivalent applications)

  • Video recording and editing experience

  • Photography and visual media background (not required, but preferred)

  • In depth experience in training content design and development

  • Experience in adult learning material and learning principals

  • Ability to quickly learn and master SaaS technology

  • Experience in working collaboratively with peers on multi-faceted projects

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with fluency in English
